Landyachtz 2024 Spring Out Now!

The Landyachtz 2024 Spring Line up has arrived and is out now! You definitely don’t want to miss this!! Pro tip – there’s a new (sort of) pro model in this line up. We’ll give you hint – if Jaws could howl at the moon, he’d be a _____. Keep reading to find out!

More reliable than a ground hog, when the Landyachtz line Up releases, we know it’s Spring and time to get skating – rain or shine! Fortunately, Landyachtz has every option you could hope for in all terrain, all skate styles and all weather. Landyachtz harbours the most diverse selection of skateboards and longboards the world over. From cruisers to dancers, downhillers to down-to-the-store-ers, there is something for everyone and in some cases, a whole quiver of boards for just one person!

Whats New this year?
Landyachtz has dropped a few new boards!! So we’re going to ignore the new graphics, for now. Most importantly, to us anyway, is the new Wolfshark!! That’s right Wolfgang Coleman is still lurking Landyachtz and the internet has spoken: they wanted a Wolfshark and they got it. This updated Wolfshark is narrower than the past and has more modern specs for downhill and freeride. Not ripping anymore? Get a piece of dh history for your wall, there’s nothing like a Wolfshark.

While Wolf might be the old hat here, the ‘hat-trick’ is actually Clark Patrick , and his cap is a deep bag full of tricks. The Clark Crane is an all new 40 inch double-kick freeride, freestyle, free-to-fuck-around-and-find-out long skateboard that can really do all.

Finally, but by no means an aside, the Dodger is back in a revamped shape and construction. Made in Vancouver, this new Dodger is a combination of a Fir core sandwiched between layers of fibreglass for a light weight, snappy, nimble setup that loves to pump and carve with ease.

What’s back this year that we’re stoked on?
We’ve been a fan of the Ripper  for year. As cruisers go, this is up there with some of our all time favorites. While the Ripper is not quite up there with a Comet Cruiser in construction, for  the price point and availability the Ripper hits all the boxes.  This new Ripper Forager is a Mycophile’s dream and we really think it’s rad.

In our minds, New Zealand is kind of a magical, storied Island. While we have yet to visit, our homies who have made their way to Vancouver are all super rad, so we imagine New Zealand will be too. The new ATV Fern gives us a very New Zealand All Blacks vibe and is just classy and powerful looking.We think this graphic slaps. The Fern is also built in the Landyachtz  ATV-X construction with fibreglass and Maple, so it is also ‘glassy’ and powerfull, ha ha, but jokes aside, it is built to last.

The Landyachtz Evo is one of the oldest, most winningest and beloved boards of our time. Evo’s evoke warm, visceral, nostalgia vibes in our brains. Everyone should have an Evo. It works well for distance, can take on any hill, will help move your whole apartment if you get evicted, and can be used in a pinch to help free a stuck tire if you’re out 4×4’ing… it’s the best. We really like the new Bear graphic and think this suits the Evo legacy well.

The Landyachtz Big Dipper Sun Logo is gonna get missed by most, but really shouldn’t be. The previous version was the Mountain graphic. While the graphic was fine, it wasn’t amazing and we don’t think this board got enough attention. The Big Dipper is another nostalgia vibes board for us. Big, long and cruisey, this is part of what got us stoked on longboarding back in the day. Capping it off with the Sun Logo graphic is all the classy nostalgia we could hope for. We wouldn’t necessarily ride this every day, but it will hang on the wall looking so slick while it waits for it’s next adventure outside.
