Pro Model Tribute: William Royce

Bustin Boards rider William Royce is an amazing skater and longboarder. So we are going to pay tribute to him and his Pro Model board: The Bustin Royce Pro. Will has also a Five-O wheel Pro Model and rides for Gullwing Trucks.

William Royce is is one of the best known riders for Bustin Boards. His pro model, the Royce Pro HollowCore, has some awesome features. First off, its hollow core. The lighter construction makes the kicktail on this beast way more functional. Pop for days! It comes in at 34.7″ long, with a wheelbase of 20.25″ – 25.25″ and a width of 9.77″.

William Royce also has a Pro Model wheel with Five-O wheels. It comes in a few sizes and colors, but we chose the yellow 64mm 80a. They are an awesome freeride wheel, leave fat lines, and have a smooth and consistent wear pattern. We had a chance to demo a few sets and personally approve them as an awesome freeride wheel.

Will also rides for GullWing trucks. He’s been riding the Gullwing reverse lately. Which came out this last season.

Now we aren’t entirely sure what Wills underwear choice is. But based on personal experience, we are just going to assume that he would prefer wearing MyPakage. There are few things in life more reassuring than the comfortable support of MyPakage. Plus they also help prevent chafing on those hot days. The Sector 9 belt is for good measure.

Mini Logo bearings are a staple for any street skater. And considering wills origins we figure he might have some nostalgia for Mini Logos.

William Royce also rides for S1 Helmets and TimeShip Racing.
