The earliest memory I have of cam is sitting on the floor of his green soccer mom van with eigh skaters crammed in the back, which had the seats conveniently removed to facilitate easy pile-in/pile-out runs. Road tripping with this guy is fantastic, he can live out of a gas station no problem and can sleep under any condition (or vehicle). Not only that, he races like a steal trap. From what I have pieced together from hazey memories, cam was downhilling on a random complete before he knew racing was a thing. Him and Max Gradlmiller bombed hills before their voices cracked and nutz dropped, before they knew slide gloves were a thing. THAT ladies and gentlemen, is how you learn how to downhill. Cam grips lines like with pure willpower, not fancy equipment.
