Vancouver City Session 2017.04.21 – Flatspot Longboards

There is more incredible skateboarding that happens that goes undocumented than the amount of amazing skateboarding that is documented. Or at least that my belief after following around these dudes for an evening.

This is an interesting group of skaters. It includes Hrishit Hossain, Eric Jensen, Tim Smith, Andrew Grant and Sho Ouellette. All of whom are great street skaters AND talented downhill skaters. But sometimes when life is busy and you can’t take the day to drive out to the choice roads, the best way to get your skate rocks off is to shred whats immediately around you. These had more than a few good spots tucked away and generally destroyed all of them. Downtown Vancouver is ripe and dripping with painted curbs, quality barriers, and pavement heaves to keep any skater occupied for potentially an entire lifetime.
